Athletes are assessed using our slow motion cameras. Our coaches go through their mechanics and design a custom training plan built specifically for their needs. Athletes who sign up for training receive regular video reviews from this system.


Step 2:
Begin Training Program
Athletes will begin their custom training plans alongside the instruction of our full-time coaching staff on their next visit. See a video below which follows an athlete through their session.

Sessions are scheduled flexibly Monday-Friday starting anytime between 3pm – 7pm (3-6pm Fridays). Our full-time coaches prepare each players program and instruct all athletes as they complete their sessions. Athletes are able to train as often as they would like, as long as they have active sessions to use.
Sessions last around 2 hours and include a warmup, speed, explosiveness, individualized throwing, pitching, and hitting instruction, and customized strength training.
Sessions are completed in a semi-private setting, with a ratio of around four athletes per coach. Athletes will spend around 40 minutes throwing, 40 minutes hitting, and 40 minutes training in the weight room with each visit.
Sessions can be purchased in bulk if training frequently. Sessions do have expiration dates to help drive regular training for best results. Package options are listed below. Athletes can train as many as 5 days per week!
