First Visit: Video Review


Athletes will be assessed using our slow motion cameras on their first visit. Our coaches will go through their mechanics with them and design a custom training plan made specifically for their needs.
Second Visit: Custom Training
Athletes will begin their custom training plans alongside the instruction of our full-time coaching staff on their second visit. See a video below which follows an athlete through their session.

Sessions are scheduled flexibly Monday-Thursday starting anytime between 3pm – 7pm. Our full-time coaches prepare each players program and instruct all athletes as they complete their sessions.
Sessions last around 2 hours and include a warmup, speed, explosiveness, individualized throwing, pitching, and hitting instruction, and customized strength training.
Sessions are completed in a semi-private setting, with a ratio of around four athletes per coach. Athletes will spend around 40 minutes throwing, 40 minutes hitting, and 40 minutes training in the weight room with each visit.
